No, not if it's a regular Explorer. But if the Explorer is a Sport or a Sport Trac, then yes, it'll fit. I've got a 2002 Sport Trac cluster in my '01. It's a direct swap...take old cluster out, plug new one in, DONE! Don't forget to get the odometer to the correct numbers....or carry over your odometer from your stock cluster...

i just got a set of those gauge needles from the junker and im going to mod them in to my 94 cluster its gunna be sweet, what do they look like illumniated? im gunna throw them in today and post pics of what it looks like later tonight
