how hard is to put in both upper and lower intake gaskets

Its for the most part a straight forward job. The upper can be done in a half hour but the lower will take you a little bit longer. Open the hood, see whats in the way and start removing parts 1 by 1 in order untill you can remove the intake and replace the gaskets. Its more time consuming then hard.

yep, not too hard, just involved. if its your first time doing a job like this then label your hoses and wires with masking tape and a marker (AA, BB, CC, etc.) and also take pictures with a digital camera so that if you have doubts of where things go afterwards, you can just pull them up on the computer and have a look.
where are the intake bolts ?
upper or lower?
there is a set of nuts easily visible holding the upper intake down. those nuts are threaded on a special stud that holds the fuel rail to the lower intake and provides an anchor point for the upper intake. below that area there will be a series of 10mm bolts way down in between all the casting ridges of the lower intake. they pass through the lower intake itself and thread into the block.
it takes some crawling around but I've managed to get at all 10 lower intake bolts to re torque them, without removing anything, so you can see them if you look hard enough.
if you are mechanically inclined, just get a Haynes or a Chilton book and dive into it.

There are (6) upper intake nuts. Use a 13mm socket and there off!
