clutch

i have a 98 ford ranger 5speed with the 2.5L and the clutch engages really close to the end of the full travel...i was wondering if theres anyway to adjust that so it catches sooner or if its just time for a new clutch?

My 91 has been doing that for 5 years now. If it still shifts right and no noises run it. Same basic drivetrain as you I think, 4 banger 5 speed.
