I know that many posts refer to changing seats, and I've looked at the Tech Page on this subject. But I've found nothing about this, specifically. I have a 1994 regular cab 2wd with a straight bench seat. Is it possible to swap this to a 40/60 bench or even to buckets? I don't see how it would be possible. Does anyone know if I can, and if so, what seats will go in without too much modification? I found a 1999 40/60 bench and wonder if that will fit. Thank you to anyone who can help.

If I recall the floorboards are stamped the same. the holes for the bucket / 60-40's should either be pre-drilled or the dimples are there to tap them out. You will probably have to pull the carpet / mat to see them. Once that is done you should see them.

Yep it should be no problem. I went from bench to 60/40's and now back to the bench in my 1994 regular cab 2wd with the straight back bench. :icon_thumby:

i dont like my 60/40..i want to try a bench next

It is just like a bench with a fold down console and the Co-Pilot can move their seat independently.

remember to get the tracks as well as the seats, and remember that the reg cab tracks are different than super cab tracks so stay with what you have

i don't like 60/40, and got some buckets... need some fab work done though.
