way too many choices really.
i'd go to ebay for the sound deadener and check out all the different brands to see which one will best suit your needs and budget. i just got some big sheets of 1/4" closed cell foam (4'x5', $6.00) and i'm going to use the Permatex spray adhesive ($10/can) to do my roof and behind the seat. will cover it all with auto carpet they sell for cheap in wal-mart.
for the bedliner, i'd stick with the better name brands... Herculiner, Rustoleum Road Warrior, POR 15, etc. just follow all the directions carefully and take your time with the prep and it should do fine.

I've always used Dynamat. It's not too expensive and really kills noise ya don't want.
