front disc warpage

any ideas wt would cause my front right rotor to warp and cause it to grind? ive narrowed it down to either the rotor or the caliper cuz i took teh dust sheild off which had a small scrape on it and thoguht it was that. then witht eh tire off and manually turning the brake i can feel a slight grind. new rotors and pads in Dec 08 and the pads still look very good

Seized slide pins on the caliper bracket, or a seizing/ dragging caliper causing heat to build up.

Air in the line? I had the same issue on my Maxima - right front rotor warped, left not - turned out I had some air on the right side. Bled it and all was good.
