The exterior is black with pass. side damage. ill get some pictures for you.

The interior is grey. The head liner has a couple very small holes over the drivers seat and the dash trim looks to be in good condition.

The odometer says 97373.9 but I'm guessing prolly 197373.9 but not for sure. It cranks over but didn't start cuz the truck is out of fuel.

Really? It looks just like mine, from the pic on page 2... Same fabric type, but a separate piece - folds up and down, and has a storage bin inside (don't know about others, but mine has a coin holder up front, then some molded cassette tape storage slots, and an open area in back) with the latch towards the front of the drivers' side, and the hinges for the lid along the passenger side? There should be (or it might be gone) a plastic "cap" on the inside of the arm-rest-storage-bin-area right next to the seat that provides access to (and hides) a single, large bolt that screws it to the seat. here's what mine looks like - you can see where the single mounting bolt goes through too (from the outside, anyway - the cap should be directly across from that opening on the inside):

LOL, sounds good. I couldn't find any at the junk yard yesterday, so I'm extremely interested. Based on your pics in page 2, it looks like the latch is working at least - which makes it a step better than mine :)
