04 ranger long arm

i was looking into the blitzkrieg long arm kit for my 04 ranger
the truck is just the base model boring ranger
on blitzkriegs site it says it is for xlt and edge rangers

and while i was checking everything out i noticed my frame looks a little odd compared to the pictures of builds ive been seeing

could anyone help me out
hoping im just going crazy but i want to be sure before i drop the cash

If it's for XLT and Edge Rangers, then that's an oxymoron of sorts. Both trucks in 2wd versions have completely different suspension systems.

Edge: Torsion bars
XLT/XL : Coil springs

Control arms are different.

blitz makes kits for both the T bar and the coil spring rangers. the long travel kits, convert both over to C/O

and the mid travel kits work with the coil spring for the XLt trucks.

if your after a mid travel kit, look in to BTF fab as well. have some more pocket freindly options.

OP, I assume you've got a 2wd XL or 2wd XLT because of the 2.3L note in your sig thing.

You're comment about the frame looking different, is either you're looking at the edge/explorer kit, as the frame is ALOT different that yours, or you're looking at the LT kit for your truck which alot of frame modifications are needed...at least thats what it looks like to me. Coil bucket looks completely removed and covered with upper coil mount locations.

here is the blits mid travel kit instaled on my truck xlt with supper bald bfg's
i been running this kit for the last three weeks and love it. worth ever dollar. rids like a dream in the dirt and on the freeway.

oh and one more question what are you running in the rear?
i was planning on the 64 inch leifs and shackle flip with a bed cage and some king or foxs

right now nothing lol all my money went to the front. i was planning on going with the deal that cameburg has going on there 5.5 kit. then this kit pop up and i jumped on it.

my plans for the rear is still up in the air. im leaning towards deaver race pack with camburg shackles and hanger flip. with bed cage 14" shocks and 4" air bumps. before i make up my mind im gonna call the experts at blitz to get there opinion on what would be best.
