I should have seen that one coming.
I think it would be cheaper in the long run to invest into a lowering kit. That set-up is hard on your truck, and so much for gas milage.
BTW i think the term is dirt cheap.

also note: the trucjk had no problems power wise, just the real wide tires on the back (245/60/14's) rubbed the lip of the fender. a little home brewed flare would make this a easy haul. if my truck can haul prohect shmuck 250 km's and get 19 mpg at (65mph) 110-115km's/hour... thats great. ps i clicked er up a bit goin 130-140km/hour home, got 22mpg. figure that out. i think cause the 2.9's make more power at 2900rpm than 2600, so with the added load the engine was actually working harder at the lower rpm/speed.
