Help! Ford Bronco 2.9 L Raw Fuel out Exhaust

Looks like i have raw fuel coming out of the exhaust from the doghnut gasket and defiantly have a miss fire now. Any ideas what causes it? Could it be a broken rocker arm? It happened while driving with no warning.
 
Miss fire as in it fires but late or as in no fire. I'd replace the plugs, wires, etc...

Happened on the family van too without warning.
