Clicking!!! Can Anyone Help?

Just Recently I Have Noticed When I Brake/slow Down There Is A Clicking Sound. Probably About 1 To 2 Second Between Each Other. Does Anyone Have An Idea?
 
If you think it's coming from the front check the mounting clips on the pads. Look at the way the pad seats in the caliper. See if it's come out.
 
It had something actually to do with the p brake. the line is rusted. My uncle and I looked at it last nite. Regreased the drums where they are rusted behind the pads and found out actually i needed new tie rods.
