WTF is with the lack of one on the upper front coil??!?!??!
I have this incredibly annoying creaking coming from the top of the passenger's side coil since swapping coils. I've looked at a bunch of TIB and TTB trucks and every one i've seen, along with exploded view diagrams, all show nothing there.
Any ideas on what I can put in place?
Best I can come up with is that I have some thin butyl rubber strips that I can put between the spring and perch (about 2mm thick). While it's not perfect i'm sure they should last. This truck is gonna be 95% street, nothing crazy in store for the suspension. (unless i'm running late for work lol!)
Anyone? My sanity is at stake here.
