I know this isn't the answer your looking for but with some basic tools (can be borrowed most likely) and a buddy you could have it done in a couple hours. Im a Canadian so thats really all the help I can give you

once you put all these things together your body lift will be done and you will probaly have 2 beers left to celebrate with, or you could pay a shop 500 bucks to do it for you. your choice in the end but that 500 bucks could go a long ways towards other stuff..especially in this economy
