Not to happy about this. I'm building a '92 4.0 and the number 6 piston hits the head. I think it's the block. I got a machined block off of craigslist that was "bored .010 over and decked .005" turns out it was bored .030 over and now i'm starting to think that not only was it decked more than .005 but that it was also cut at an angle (causing one piston to come in contact with the head but not the others). If anyone has any other ideas of what this could be please let me know. Thanks

Toss It!!

Don't even give it another thought! TOSS IT! It ain't worth messing with.. You got took, just live with it. We all get took from time to time..It hurts and makes us want to grab our pistols..but just get over it and get another one that will fit your pistons.

x2 not worth losing sleep over. You live you learn.

I'm not to broken up about it, it was only 25 bucks. It's just the wasted time I'm mad about, that and the gaskets I wasted on it.
