Well, I finally finished 1/4 of the head. I've got all the rough cutting done on the other three but I still need to smooth them out. They're far from perfect but a huge improvement over stock. The second pictures make things look rusty, but they're not, just a really crappy camera that no manual manual setting to get good pictures with.

Here's a bad picture of the intake port:
And another bad picture of the exhaust port. It is a full 1/4" bigger diameter than stock!
What do you think?
