I saw an add for CAR FAX and for fun decided to see what my 2002 Ranger had been through. I have not had it for long, so I wanted to know. It was only $30.00 for one report and I said, "What the heck!" What I found was amazing. It detailed everything. My truck originally came from Ohio
, and was wrecked 
there (owner had it for 1yr. 9mo.). Second owner (had it for 4yrs. 11mo.) had an 'accident' also in North Carolina
. Third owner (me) had no idea of these details. I wish I would have known.....I would have paid less, repeat would have paid less for this truck! I will use CAR FAX in the future dealing with my purchases of used vehicles. I would suggest everyone use something like this. The damage to the vehicle was repaired along with various seals about the truck, but the only thing I notice is the cab and bed being crooked. A alignment shop should be able to fix that though.....still glad I bought it!

and now you know how they drive around in a 2009 vehicle with all the options & their kids have one too!
they basically treated me like a hostile alien for the rest of my stay.
