guna drive over to ohio to look at a 89' 4x4 5 spd. its got a 4 inch lift. manual hubs, all new 1/4 panels, fenders, floor pans. new bfg A/T. its got a heavly modded 2.9 with 3k mi.. all bolts are ARP. edelbrock intake, throttle body, cam, headers. he said it only uses premium fuel. also has a centerforce clutch few other things. if i decide to make the perchase, ill post pics ASAP.

You didn't say how much it was...but if the body is in good shape (and with that kind of work I'd say it should be) then I'd guess between $1,500 and $3,000 tops...unless there are some really cool mods and the 2.9 has been rebuilt completely...

Ask to see bills to prove...that's usually a good indication of the owner's integrity...

well, i wasnt all what he said it was. when he said new fenders, and quarters, he meant new to the truck, used fenders and some sheet metal he bent and shaped in the 1/4s. floor pans looked good, but wernt new. motor started right up, i wouldnt of called it heavily modded, but it does have some bolt ons. throttle body, MSD igintion chip, air/fuel ratio chip, crane cam. it sounds pretty mean. again he said there were new tires on it, and again, they were new to the truck, there used bfg's with 1/4 thread. he wanted $2000, i gave him $1200.
