I just brought my Ranger and the transmission has a major problem shifting into third. You're able to find every single gear but 3rd just isn't there. I'm almost certain I'll have to rebuild the tranny. I'll shift from 1st to 2nd and then shift to third and it just slips. When it's cold out I'm able to get it all the time but when it gets hot (above 80f or so) the gear just takes a vacation. What could this be?
