Wheel Bearing ????

2000 Ranger 4X4- Have a grinding noise coming from right front wheel. Can wheel bearing be removed and repacked or do I need to change the whole hub assembly. I have no play in wheel just a grinding noise.
 
The wheel bearings are a non serviceable hub/bearing assembly, so yes it would need to be replaced if it is indeed the problem.
