With the economy being down i see more and more people trying to piece lifts together with what they have and what they can find. I personally am in the same spot. So i thought an INFORMATIVE Thread about what pieces are required and what pieces are recomended to lift a given truck(93-97) 4-6 Inches. The main point is the front end.

From what i have gathered a person would need:
Coil Springs
Radius Arm Drop Brackets
Axle Pivot Brackets
Alignment Bushings
Drop Pitman Arm
Shocks
Extended Brake Lines
Optional but recomended Items are:
Extended Radius Arms
Extended Sway Bar Links
Is this info Correct?? Any thing need to be added???
Thanks for any input

Sway bar links are not necessarily needed. I haven't had a sway bar on my truck for 6 years now and don't miss it in the least.

I would say the best purchase you can make is Skyjacker drop axle pivot drop brackets.

You are also missing extended brake lines which can be done cheaply using one of these methods:

They are the best available drop bracket IMHO.

So im i correct when i say that extended radius arms are not needed?

No they are not needed.

You will need radius arm drop brackets to drop the factory crossmember down tho.
