Does anyone know where you can find or how to create a cold air intake for an automatic 2.3L? I know K&N makes a cold air intake for the manual 4-banger but can that be mod'ed to fit an automatic, I never looked at it to see if it could be.

I didn't know there was a difference. I mad mine, just turned the air filter housing 90 degrees and ran a pipe up to the bumper at one point. Now I just have it sucking from the wheel well.

Your stock intake already draws in cold air from the outside. You won't notice any significant gain in power from an aftermarket intake.
