Do you guys think I need to do some work on my body mounts?

My guess would have to be completely worn body bushings, or broken body mounts, or something. That is quite a bit of body flex in my opinion...
 
I'd check your rear most body mounts, it looks like they are pulling through the hole. I have seen the center section of the mount rot out and do that, its not real noticable until you flex it though.

Looks like you need more stupid pedal too thats a tiny hill shoudlnt have been a problem. As for body flex to me that looks a lil more than normal but not much prolly just a lil worn out but worth checking anyway.
 
my truck did the same thing and it ended up being the cab bushings
 
Bushing goes "rattle rattle" when you wiggle it so she is a pavement pus until I can get some time to fix it.
