What sort of things do you guys look for when grabbing an A4LD from a junkyard. I just came back from a you pick with an A4LD as they're on sale right now for $60 
and I'm hoping it'll be ok. The fluid looked nice and cherry and didn't smell burnt. There was a rubber seal drilled into the bottom of the pan which leads me to believe it underwent some kind of service in the past. The odometer had 240K kms on it and it took a hit on the front passenger QP. There were other exploders there that didn't appear to have been in an accident, so I chose to steer clear as they might have mech problems which lead to their ending up ion the JY.
Just wondering what other things y'all look at when getting a JY tranny.
