Ranger ones look too plane and the regular explorer grill is blah. Always thought the limited grill was the best looking one for the second gens. We just happen to come upon this one at the local wrecker and couldn't pass up the deal for $20.
How familliar does it really look?

bumper looks great :icon_thumby:
i always thought the "limited" grill fit the 2nd gen's the best. the others just dont line up with the other features of the truck very well.

I just saw that truck today, the bumper really caught my eye, looks better in person. You do some real nice work CopyKat, not that i get to see it much as it's always heading the the opposite direction.

The ranger or the Bronco?
Lots more in store for the Ranger. Need to work on a matching rear bumper.
When I was building it my buddy asked me how much it was going to cost him. Told him to bring a case of beer as I was thirsty (10:00 A.M.):headbang:

Not to be picky but your buddy's front tires look alittle under inflated.
Awesome bumper though.

It looks to me like they are underinflated to account for the treadwear pattern of what looks like a previous case of overinflation. :icon_thumby:

Mental note to self. If I see dude in ranger tailing me and flayling arms out the window.......DRIVE FASTER! lol J/K.

They were used tires and they where on a Jeep that had BAD alignment issues. Yes they were over inflated at one time or they were on too narrow of a rim. 7" rims will do that.

the tires i bought like that i ran them at 30 pounds so its not me who wore them down like that but meh for what i paid i wasn't complaining.
i love my bumper there is no side view to show the how much mine sticks out compared to joels
flyingbrick if you see me on henderson or on watt its cause im usually going home:icon_rofl: so feel free to honk and if i notice i will be glad to pull over. my ranger isn't all that special it has stx lift brackets 4" lift springs cut down to 3" the rear is a bastardized setup that is leaving. If you really want to be shocked wait until its done then there will be some ooo's and awwww's:icon_rofl
for everyone curious about the grill i love it, always have i had a 97 sploder limited and loved the grill outlook, there is a local guy that cut out the slots on his and made it look billet and to me it looked amazing, but at least no one pointed out that its still purple

I've done a couple. I'll be making one for Batman's truck pretty soon. Just need to find the time. It will be similar to mine.

That's a real nice looking bumper, I'll be ordering my cap in the next month or two, after i get it I'll be asking around for ideas, but one key thing is I need a hitch that can handle a load.

I've used mine as a hitch and if it can handle this without issues I think it will handle a load.
