hello everyone, i'll be seeking advise mostly and hoping to contribute some as well.
i found this site through a google search on axles and a wonderfull article came up from your tech forum. turns out i need a locker. i'm building my new hunting rig [02 ranger 4x4] and have already answered many of my own questions from the tech forum. i do have a few other ?'s that i will post in the appropiate location.
my ranger list:
1979 f-100 ranger 5.0 auto, my first truck in 1992
1991 ranger standard cab 4x4, 4.0 auto: absolutely loved it. drove this around
when i was in the military. i remember it was fast and the 4x4 button
only worked when it wanted to.
2002 4x4 x-tra cab ranger with 4.0 auto: i got this a month ago and will be
doing certain mods in the near future.
