i had to ream out around the pacesetter headers because there wasnt enough room to change out the spark plugs. i ended up cracking 5 new plugs pissed me right off
I haven't heard one good thing about pacesetter headers. Hedman cost 360.00 better go with that

I had no problem with mine. Aside from having the wrong bolts.

I went with Mac on my mustang, It was a perfect fit, installation was smooth. Mine were ceramic coated and so far no discoloration. Mac offers its own h-pipe, with proper flange fits. However if necessary when you take of fhte factory exhaust, just cut the manifolds off the cats of the stock pieces and weld the to whatever your working on and it will fit up nice. Go with Mac for v-6 builds.

I've had a set of Pacesetter coated headers on my truck for 5 years. More than 100k miles on them, and they still look new.
Used Stage 8 locking bolts to install.
Never had a minutes problem with them, and that is a first in more than 30 years of building cars and trucks.
I'd recommend them 100%
