Hokay so, I just swapped a 2.9 from a my wrecked 90 BII into one with 230,000 miles on it, before the swap i was getting 18-20 mpg now i'm getting like 12, the only thing swapped was the motor itself, I'm thinkin with 230000 miles the O2 sensor could be just alittle gummed up making it run rich?

Could be, but why wouldn't it have had the same effect on the old motor? When I swapped my old 2.9 with 170k on it, for one with 105k, my mileage didn't change. At all.

Well I swapped the motor, thats it, the exhuast and so also the O2 sensor have 230,000 miles on them, being that this is the only thing that changed, I thought it could be the culprit
