Roller rockers?

Does a 2005 Ranger 3.0 have roller rockers from factory?
If not what mustang ones fit? I read that some do but you have to switch the bolt but nothing I read sais a clear answer. Do you just re-use your factory metric bolts? Does the new roller rocker need to be tapped?

No 3.0L Vulcan ever came with roller rockers from the factory.

I've heard that 5.0L pedestal rockers will fit if you swap the bolts for metric. Some say there is a geometry issue where the tip of the rocker won't be centered over the tip of the valve stem, resulting in premature wear.

You can search and find a dozen or more threads on the topic, but as you have found already there aren't many clear answers. Most of the people that know for sure have some stake in the game so all you will get are vague responses from them.
