here is my system i put it on myself for about 70 bucks it is 2.5 inch tubing from the cat back into a thrush welded muffler and exiting in front of the rear tire http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NtDNg2DW-HM

nice, only thing i suggest would be to cut the tip at an angle so it runs flush with the side of the truck.
