need help selecting 2 inch lift

I have a 91 ranger 4.0 and just want 2 inches of lift. I want new body mounts and all the other bushings to be poleurathne. Coils,, or spacers , add a leaf ?????
 
well, as your putting in new body mounts, why not just put in a 2" or 3" body lift while you're at it? less than $100 and will most likely get you all the lift you want and not have to deal with suspension at all. just my $.02
