just pull gently yet forcefully. they'll either come out of the header panel, or the grille will come out of the clip.
I suggest removing the headlamp and the corner lamps so you can get at those two under each lamp with a small screw driver. The center two are blind and you can't get to 'em. Only option is to pull. Grip the shell with your hands on both sides of the 'ear' that sticks out of the shell that the clip attaches to.
