Does anyone know if a front spindle for an 83-89 ranger will fit a 97? I know it is a D28 and I have a D35 but maybe the spindle is the same.

Thanks
Chuck

No. They are different to accomodate the different sized axle shafts.

for a Spindle (thetube axle that the bearins ride on) they are differenffor the D28 but also different for the 1990-1992 D35's.

The spindle from a 1993-97 will work on a 1997.

The difference is that the 1990-92 spindles lack the cutout fot the ABS sensor.
