Will a sliding rear window from an 89 ext cab Ranger fit an 88 ext cab Ranger?

Hi All

I have 2 Ext cab Rangers.
An 89 with a sliding rear window that I will be selling soon.
An 88 with a solid rear window that is a keeper.

Can I swap the 2 back windows?
Are they identical and compatible and swappable and all that?

It shouldnt be a big job. The biggest part is letting all the trim go around the window and cab corner pieces. Then you gently push on the window, mabye prying the rubber strip to get it to pop out. Same with install.

83-92 should be the same.

The slider will be very sturdy, ie no flex.

The solid window reminds me of plastic, very flexible, but still glass!
