hi guys i am in the process of putting together my new motor and i am having a hard time getting the harmontic bal installed dose anybody have any ideasas too get this on i tried with the bolt but it only gose so far any help would be app.
 
The bolt should pull it right on. Be sure everything is lining up and the pin is seated properly. Was the crank inspected by a machine shop? Perhaps a little assembly lube might help.
 
Some parts stores have a Harmonic balancer installer you can borrow. Thats the "right" way to do it. I have never used one though cause I couldn't find one at the time. I agree with what Rifleman said also.
 
hey guys thanks i got i pulled it back off and lubed it up good and it pulled it right in
