My 94 explorer pulls to the right when i brake. after i release the brake, then the car lists to the left. this isnt a constant thing, it randomly does it for a good ten minutes then the car goes back to normal. any ideas?

Sticking caliper?

When was the last time anything in the front end was serviced?

i got my brake pads and brake rotors replaced about 9 months ago and the master cylinder

Ive had the same in my 97 truck . I just had it all apart found that the back shoes on the passenger side were not self adjusting after using the e brake or just plain didnt adjust correctly for wear. This causeing one side to pull and the other later causing it to drift side ways at braking. I replaced the tab that sits on the star adjuster along with taking it apart and lubing with brake silicone. It stops straight now .

My kids do this trick on the grocery cart .Hop on and push and then stick their foot on one of the back wheels to stop and the cart takes a quick turn . Same thing . :icon_thumby:

tire pressure could be an issue as well, I had a tire with a slow leak and when it got low enough it would pull to one side while i drove or while i was braking!
