how to make 2008 2.3 run in street rod

I want to put a late model 2.3 into a 1960 rambler american wagon. Is there a after market wiring harness available? What about running webers instead of factory injection?
 
I would call Ford motor company and get the number for their technical service. Last I knew they have a technical service line for their motorsports catalog. Maybe,,,,,,, one of their street rod harnesses will work for the 2.3. Otherwise have you considered getting one from a totalled Ranger or B2300?
