89 HighRider Front Shocks

My truck is a 1989 Super Cab 4x4 with the High Rider option. Where can I get some cheap front shocks for it? The NAPA website:

shows shocks for High Riders without the rear stabilizer bar; however, my truck has a rear stabilizer bar. Why does the REAR stabilizer affect the FRONT shocks?

I don't know why the rear stabilizer would have any effect on the front shocks.

The only shocks I was able to find for my 89 STX (High Rider suspension)were made by Heckethorn. I thought they were reasonably priced and worked pretty well on the street and off-road. They are used on Jeeps a lot and I found mine at a Jeep supply shop.
