I have got these
to repair rust damage in my rear fenders
I got the sealant to.

My question is how to install them and if I use rivets where can I get
rivets without holes in the center.
Or even aircraft rivets that fit flush would be good I think..where would I get them and are they easy to use.

Also a recomended pattern to cut this repair part so it looks better than a piece of metal just tacked on the fender.

I was thinking of arching it at the top.
and some what a downward angle on the end facing front

Thank you
I am repairing a 1984 Ranger Rear Fenders

Cut as little metal as you have to but don't cut so you have to weld or shape difficult body lines/weak spots in the panel. Cut the new panel to what you need to replace, trace onto truck bed and cut the shape out about 1/8 - 1/4" inside the trace lines to allow for fine shaping. How you attach it is up to you but I wouldn't to anything but weld it. there is an inner fender you can try not to cut that keeps the rigidity of the bedside. Take it slow and well thought out, I had to redo mine twice from poor planning and warping.

If you don't have access to a welder, you can use
panel adhesive to attach the patch panel.
You will need to buy a flange tool though, to create
a flange on the new panel that will fit behind the old
cut panel.

I wouldn't use rivets on an exterior panel.
