Is it possible to install an A/C compressor from a 91 nissan D21 pickup 2.4L inline 4 onto an 87 2.3 ranger I know that i will need to fabricate the mounts for it because they are different but how hard would it be? and this is going to be used for a non-york style air compressor just so you guys know

Look for a 88 and later ranger or mustang with a 2.3, and get the non-york style compressor, and brackets from it, it's much easier.

the reason why I wanted to use the nissan compressor is because my cousin gave me permission to strip down the truck (it met a tree going 60ish MPH)
and I'm trying to use everything I can because he is going to scrap it unless I can use parts and pieces thats why I asked and I don't care how hard it'll be. :icon_welder:
