Wheres lake havasu, hell?

We put a temp gauge in the spray coupe with broken a/c the other day........ it hovered at 105.

Lake Havasu City is in Arizona. One of the hottest places in the US.

Man, you could fry some eggs on the hood of your truck while you're working on it!

Yeah but you prolly aint got the humidity I have over here. In the swamp lands of fl it's 99-105 with 95% plus humidity.

haha thats it.:icon_rofl:

Up here in the northwest, I think we got to around -45 degree at the coldest with about -30 degree windchill (75 below zero) along with crazy snowstorms. We had like 3ft of snow drop in a matter of 36 hours(record). Everything was closed because the plows couldnt keep up with the snowfall (btw we had a record snowfall total of 168 inches:shok:) All the cities, towns, and schools closed. Right now its around 85 degrees with 35% humidity. :bawling: It needs to be a comfortable 68 :D

The colds can get nasty to, this last year we were down to 22 with 90% humidity.

22? Hell even here in Ohio it gets colder than that, it was -10 for a couple weeks straight. And I'm not complaining because I know someone would quote this and say "WELL HERE IN CANADA IT GETS -60 FOR MONTHS ON END" :thefinger:

I don't really complain too much about the heat, it just sucks when I'm at work, trying to paint a car while its 98* in the booth, and sweat is dripping off of me into the wet paint.

coldest on record here is 30 degrees form 30 to 132 in the summer lol

He's talking about Florida though...we had temps in the 10-13 degree range here in NC this passed winter.

I kinda chuckle.... people talk about the heat.
But Ky has some of the worst humidity in the continental U.S, you think you know till you take a drag off a cigarette on a hot day and when you blow out the smoke your spitting water too, lol.

It aint the heat that gets me so down, it's the humidity. BTW guys it was 92 here all day with a breeze and everybody was mowing and weedeating to celebrate the break in the temperature!! it was great today. almost pants and collered shirt (if I ever wore one) weather.

We've been cooler than average in PA the last two years. I haven't even put the big air conditioner in my dining room window yet* to cool the first floor of the house although we have used the ones in the bedrooms the last two weeks.

* My house is solid plaster-on-brick with hot water heat, so I can't do whole-house A/C without major surgery and spending major money.
