i think i've seen what u want maybe AC autotechnic, search e bay, u might find them there, if not, some copmanies can custom make them, with any back ground u want, carbon fiber and stuff like that, search e bay, ive seen those custom made there

Looking a little closer I believe the pic you have the guy placed a black Bezel over the non used white portion with one of these fancy things.
