2.3L EFI Throttle Body from Racer Walsh

Hi I have searched the forum and I have not found anything post about this throttle body upgrade for the 2.3L. I have been reading that it is not worth doing any mods with the air intake and the exhaust unless you can upgrade the TB some how. I have a 2.5L 1998 Ford Ranger and was wondering if this throttle body from Racer Walsh would fit on it? If so do you think it will do anything? If I upgrade the TB then do I have to upgrade the fuel injectors? Link to TB below:
