Ok...I have an 83 Ranger 4x4. I just bought a 5.5" lift kit from a guy and now I need some help lifting it...I have 5.5 Leafs, 5.5 Coils, Drop Pitman, Drop Brackets for axles and arms, longer arms, and a drive-shaft. I got the whole thing for $150. I know how to install the brackets and the leafs but I don't know how to drop the transfer case and I don't know what else I need to do...The drive shaft is off of an extending cab so I need to shorten it and get the yoke...(this drive shaft is different than my stock one and I need to get the section that accepts the splines and has the U-joint) So if you have any info that could help....like a diagram....please help me out.
