bronco II doors on a ranger?

I have an 85 ranger and my friend has a 88 bronco II... I noticed the doors looked really similar and I measured them. THey're the same outside dimensions, but i didnt look really close at the hinges. Having those vent windows and better side mirrors would be great :)

Anyone know if it's possible to put the bronco doors on a ranger?
