:icon_pepsi: Hi everyone! My name is Sabrina, "Brie" for short. I am 59, retired Army, and in addition to loving to work on cars and motorcycles, I am a current pilot, and a competitive three gun, and high power rifle shooter.
I own two Bronco 2's a 1988 manual 2WD, and a 1989 automatic 2WD. The 88 is a daily driver, and the 89 is going to donate it's engine to my 1990 Jeep YJ.
(I'm sick and tired of the 2.5 liter GM engine that's in it now). Brie :icon_pepsi:

Welcome . . .

Hazmat Ranger, Nice looking ride. The paint on my bronco's look like junk.
They both suffer from the peeling clearcoat, the interior of one was a home for a squirrel, and the other has a REAL bad lifter. The engine with the bad lifter is the one that I'm going to rebuild and stick in the Jeep. The other one has the bad interior, so I'll pull the interior out of the one that gives it's engine to the Jeep, and stick it in the future daily driver. I have to figure if the stock ford
rear axle is stronger than the Dana 35 rear axle that is on the Jeep, if it is, I will switch it, Brie

Thanks and it sounds like you have a solid plan. Ask the guys in the suspension forums about the axles . . . Got any pics up yet?

Not yet Hazmat, but I will this afternoon. I'll take one of each of the Bronco's, and one of the Wrangler that the one 2.9 engine is going into. Brie
