Sorry for all the pics but it fits great. Just took some washers to line up the body lines on the passenger side. Tuesday the cab gets attention. ENJOY!

The history is I lowered the truck when I was 15...sold it for 1500 with a 2.9...bought it back last week with a rotten body but a built 302. Fixing the body from the MINT but blown SBC 86 white Ranger.
 
what do you mean blown sbc, did ya blow it up?

chevys are industructable, (wow i can spell) ive run em down to where the mains are knocking with 5 psi of oil and still run for years. you cant kill em.
 
Well blackwidow...I will try to explain. I was doing a burnout at a car show was going for close to a minute at 4200 rpm. I heard a nasty ping....some metal on metal....and then I lost all oil pressure.There was no oil leaking anywhere so I think I might have grenaded the distributor gear and/or oil pump.

well Sounds time to pull the 350 and drop in a 351W and a stroker.

It has a 302 from a Mustang II cobra. It is bored .030, World heads, Weiand intake, Comp cam. Its a pretty quick little 302.

no i know on this truck, i meant fix the white one and stick a 351 in it. get a bed for it and fixer up
 
White truck had rotten frame. The rear cab mounts were gone, the floor was gone in the passenger side, the passenger frame I cut to get the headers to fit was twisted to rat poo. Along with some other stuff I was done with it...fun truck but I like my 302. The body was mint so I harvested it.
