My front suspension has been squeaking for the past couple months, mostly on the drivers side. I know there could be alot of things but should replacing the shocks fix it? If so does anyone have any good info on shocks (under 100 each) in a stock ranger.

Most likely it is the ball joint.

I just had the ball joints replaced under 10,000 miles ago, and its just going over bumps

Try getting some grease or WD-40 into the swaybar bushings. For shocks I'd get Monroe Sensa Tracs if you don't off-road much and Monroe Reflex if you do.
