'07 or '08 taillights on an '04?

Hey, does anybody know if '08 or '07 taillights will fit on an '04?

Yes they will fit. They will bolt right up. However, your wire harness and the wire harness from the '07 or '08 might be different.

Ford has not changed the tooling to produce the beds since they built the tooling in 1992. Same goes for the doors, fenders, tailgate, etc.. They have however made slight changes to the shape of the hood at least once.

Thanks! That was very informative. I guss I'll just splice in the new harness. (I wonder where I'm gunna get it) I saw an '07 Ranger on the road the other day and I noticed the new taillights right away, and I just had to have them. :woot:

I doubt the harness is different really. I guess just cross the bridge when you get to it!
