Hi guys
Just wired a couple 6" offroad lights to my factory fog wiring. I don't like how I can only run the lights in low beam. When I hit the high beams, or if the headlights are off, I cant use them. Do you guys know a way of bypassing this keeping the stock switch?

On the fog lamp switch there is a red/black wire, connector C201, pin 13. This is the 12V as connectod through the headlight switch and multifunction switch. Leave it connected to the fog light switch but disconnect the other end and re-connect it to a constant 12V source. You might want to find an outlet on the fuse box or put an additional fuse inline.

I simply ran both leads to the relay on previous trucks. Never had a problem and one truck was like that for 8 years.

You completely miss the point of foglamps.

they are supposed to do exactly that.

If you want lights that come on with the high beams you want driving lights.

Driving lights have a different beam pattern...
