I have a 02 4wd ranger and i already cranked the torsion bars and got an inch lift. i was wondering if i got the torion keys from summitracing if they would lift it another 2" on top of that or would it just be 1"?

To replace the torsion keys you would have to uncrank the t-bars and take them out, then re-install the new keys. In effect, you're giving yourself the same amount of lift you had before with the same shitty ride, the only difference is you are saving yourself $250. There are MANY threads on this topic in this section of the forums, the search feature is your friend!
but these say they are supposed to give you a 2" lift, i didnt know if that add on to how much it is already lifted. I searched and found nothing on the torsion bar key lift.

They give you that lift, yes....but at the cost of heavily accelerated wear on ball joints, and possible blow up of your CV shafts, and not being able to ever align the truck. Not only that, you've lost ANY downtravel that you may have had, and increased the roughless of the ride...and accelerated wear on the tbars being cranked.
Those aftermarket torsion keys preload the bar more even before you even crank the adjustment bolt.....but to an extreme.
I vote dont do it. But..it's your truck...do it if you want to. you may enjoy $500 every year in balljoints and alignements...

is there anyway to offset the angle of the cv's? I need only like 2" of suspension lift on my truck so i wont bottom out for where i go wheelin and i cant find a lift kit that is that small.

Get a body lift man, it's your best bet. Cranking your t-bars is going to lose downtravel, and torsion keys are going to do it even worse. If you get a body lift you can get bigger tires and that will get you some lift. It will also let you keep some travel, ball joints, and TRE's.

why do so many people encourage body lifts? i spent 12 hours installing one on my old 99 ranger when i was 16. it was the worst "mod" i have ever done.
a cheap lift is usually for looks. and if you do a body lift, i think it makes a truck rediculous. ya, you might be able to put larger tires on it but thats the only positive thing that comes out of it.
i was lucky that i was taking metal shop in high school otherwise id be driving around with a huge ass ugly gap all the way around my truck. and if its stick shift, the shifter is so damn low it gets annoying. no, it doesnt become a short throw shifter either.
if your broke, you have no business lifting a truck. offroading is expensive and looking good while your doing it is even more.

I don't have a body lift and I don't want a body lift because it leaves the gap, but for what he wants, it's better than torsion keys.
Now they have gap guards......and bumper relocation brackets.
and a shifter extension..... they just don't make body lifts like they used to huh?
it's a great way to make clearence for tires.... and keep a stock ride feel.
My buddy Tom's truck has all the aforementioned parts, and it looks stock other than that it sit's up 3in higher and is also sitting on massive tires.....

^^you mean like no lifted bumper brackets? people using diamond plate to cover the bumper gaps??

i know they make all those barckets and what not but now your bumpers integrity has been compromised. you cant tow anything with it with those drop down brackets and if you attempt, it will rip right off.

who tows with a ball on their bumper????? That's unsafe and can't do much at all even in stock form.
as for the front...it isn't much of a bumper on 98+ anyway, even in the stock location. I tweak it with my hands when I bend it. The important stuff behind the bumper is still there(frame horns, crumple zone, etc).

The only thing i've ever towed on a bumper ball was my ATV on a trailer, and that was on an F150. Other than that, I don't trust them.
